Early bird price expires on Dec 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM
Registration for this schedule starts on 08/10/2026 and ends on 12/27/2026
Participants must be entering grades 1 to 6.
In this exciting 3D Printing & Redstone Electronics Camp, students will learn how to design their own 3D models and bring them to life through 3D printing, while also exploring electronics and circuitry concepts using Minecraft Redstone. Combining hands-on design with virtual engineering, campers build skills that connect creativity, technology, and real-world problem solving.
In the 3D Printing portion of camp, students will learn the fundamentals of 3D modeling from both an artistic and engineering perspective. Because their designs will be printed, campers will discover what to consider when constructing a model to produce the best-quality print. Students will observe a 3D printer during lessons to understand proper printing standards and processes, then create original models that will be printed for them. By the end of camp, students will take home their own accounts to continue modeling at home and at least one printed model they designed.
Campers will also dive into electronics using Minecraft Redstone, where Redstone blocks act like wires on a breadboard to create working circuits and simple computer-style systems. Students will build and test projects that represent real electrical circuits and logic systems, gaining a foundation in circuitry, electronics, and how computers process commands. With guidance from our experienced instructors, campers will strengthen their design thinking, engineering skills, and confidence as they create and take home their Redstone creations.
Bring a snack, lunch and drink.
